What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

AM 25YR OLD, FEMALE, PAST 3 DAYS FEELING FEVERISH , TIRED & bACK PAIN, SO BEEN TO CLINIC dR. SAID TAKE BLOOD TEST, REPORT SAYS S.TYPHI O : 1:320 DILUTION POSITIVE & S.TYPHI H : 1:160 DILUTION POSITIVE. WHT DOES IT MEAN,... WHT TREATMENT HAVE TO UNDER GO....

Hi..Can understand your concern..As per your blood reports suggests infection with salmonella typhii which causes typhoid fever ..You probably have got this from infected food and affects the intestine..Symptoms like fever diarrhoea,vomiting and body ache are common symptoms..I advice you to consult your physician for proper evaluation and treatment..Antibiotics will be prescribed with NSAIDS..Need not to worry and take rest and easy digesting foods lie foods to taken.I hope the information helps you..You are welcome on HCM for any further query.Take care.
